Adding own partner products

Create new Categories and Products (Non-Flowtech products) to the website

If your goal is to sell your own products, Vendure provides everything you need out of the box. Products, inventory, pricing, orders, payments, and shipping are all built around a single merchant model. Vendure.

Create a new product category

Your new products require a category to be housed-in

  1. In the sidebar, within CATALOG section, click Create new category.
  2. Complete this section and colour this new category by choosing Navigation within Custom fields.
  3. Add a media file to showcase this category, then publish when ready to go-live.

Products are required for this Category.

Manually add products

Products have to be created manually one by one, there is no mass upload facility at this point in time

  1. In the sidebar, within CATALOG section, click Products → + New product.
  2. Example:

  1. Then create one or more Product Variants, example:

    Variant

SKU: BP001-250

Premium grade oil filter
Price: £86.00
Stock: 100

  1. Upload images - Attach:
  • product images
  • variant images

These are automatically served through Vendure's asset server.

  1. Publish to live
    Visibility - Enabled
  2. Open up the newly created Category set up for these new products
    Manually selected all new products by SKU.

    Products should be visible instantly but can take 15 minutes to appear.
