Welcome to your storefront knowledge base. These guides are designed for the people who keep your online shop running day-to-day — marketing teams, product managers, customer service staff, and anyone else who updates content or manages orders.
You don't need any technical background to use these guides. Every task is broken down into plain-English steps with screenshots where they help.
Where to start
Your storefront is powered by two tools. You may only need one of them depending on your role.
- Payload CMS — the place where you edit the content your customers see. Homepage banners, blog posts, navigation menus, images, and text all live here.
- Vendure — the place where you manage the business side of the shop. Products, prices, stock levels, orders, customers, and promotions live here.
